إلى حكومة جمهورية السودان.
إلى القضاة والمحامين ووكلاء النيابات والقانونيين في جمهورية السودان
إلى حزب المؤتمر الوطني
إلى وزير التربية والتعليم وولاة الولايات ووزراء التعليم الولائيين
إلى مسئولي رياض الأطفال ومدراء المدارس الابتدائية والثانوية.
إلى الآباء والأمهات وأولياء أمور التلاميذ الذين تقل أعمارهم عن (18) ثمانية عشر عاماً:
إن إشراك القاصرين وتلاميذ المدارس من الأطفال دون سن الثامنة عشر في الأعمال السياسية بالسماح لهم المشاركة في المسيرات والمظاهرات والأعمال السياسية أو استغلالهم لأي عمل من أعمال الكبار يعتبر جريمة جنائية دولية ومخالفة لعدد كبير من القوانين الدولية التي يعاقب عليها بنص القوانين.
إن موافقة أولياء أمور هؤلاء القاصرين على اشتراك أبنائهم في هذه الأعمال يعتبر مشاركة في الجريمة ويتحملون مسئوليتها أمام القضاء.
هناك أكثر من ثلاثة عشر قانون دولي تمنع وتحرم مشاركة الأطفال القاصرين في الأعمال السياسية وهذه القوانين هي:
1. The U.N. Declaration of the Rights of the Child 1959 builds upon rights that had been set forth in a League of Nations Declaration of 1924.
Minimum Age Convention 1973 (MAC). If the employment may be hazardous to a young person’s health, safety, or morals, the minimum age is generally not to be less than eighteen years.
2. U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child 1989
The Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) For the purposes of the CRC, a child is defined as “every human being below the age of eighteen years unless under the law applicable to the child, majority is attained earlier”.
3. African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child 1990 (ACRWC), builds on the 1979 Declaration on the Rights and Welfare of the African Child
4. European Convention on the Exercise of Children’s Rights 1996 (ECECR)
5. Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948
6. International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights 1966 (ICESCR)
7. International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights 1966 (ICCPR)
8. European Convention on Human Rights 1950 (ECHR)
9. African Charter on Human and People’s Rights 1981 (Banjul Charter) and Protocol (ACHPR) (also known as the Banjul Charter)
10. American Convention on Human Rights (Pact of San José, Costa Rica) (ACHR)
11. Hague Convention on Jurisdiction, for the Protection of Children 1996
12. Worst Forms of Child Labour Convention 1999 (WFCLC)
13 The international call for action to end violence against children and a resolution adopted by the U.N. General Assembly on the establishment of a Human Rights Council.
